Agency LIKVIDUS NEKRETNINE Ltd is a licensed real estate agency, registered in the Register of Real Estate Brokers in the Republic of Croatia on the basis of the Decision of the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development CLASS: UP/I-330-01/22-01/629, REG. NR.: 517-08-01-01-22-2 on 21 December 21 2022.
 
Our business is oriented primarily to the area of the Istria County. We provide brokerage services in the purchase and sale in such a way that we fully respect the wishes and interests of the clients and search for the best opportunity for them. In the event that the client sells the property, we help prepare the property for the photo shoot and advertise it on various websites and social networks.
 
We inspect all documents and other documentation regarding the property, and warn clients about all legal deficiencies regarding the property. If the clients so wish, we bring them in contact with attorneys with many years of experience in real estate. We provide consulting services and full support in the event that the clients need to obtain a loan from the bank for the purchase of the property, as well as in the event that they want to buy the property through a public auction (foreclosure, bankruptcy, in court or through the Financial Agency). With a power of attorney, we provide bidding services at a public auction through the Financial Agency in the name and on behalf of the clients, up to the amount specified by the clients.
