Construction will begin in the spring of 2024, and completion is planned for December 2025. The stated construction deadline is provided for construction craftsman works, while the documentation (floor plan, use permit, energy certificate and other documentation) may be later than the deadline, and depends on the competent authorities.
The customer participates in the construction process so that he can choose the finishing materials for the floors, walls, facade, sanitary facilities.
